Visa & Entry Requirements
Most international visitors do not require a visa to enter South Korea for short stays. K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is generally required for visa-free entry, but it is temporarily exempted for 22 countries/regions (including USA, Japan, UK, Australia, etc.) until December 31, 2026. Please check if your country is eligible before applying.

Getting to Jeju
The conference will be held at Jeju Island. The main gateway is Jeju International Airport (CJU).
Option 1: Via Incheon (ICN) & Gimpo (GMP) - Most Common
Most international flights land at Incheon International Airport (ICN). From there, you can transfer to Gimpo International Airport (GMP) to take a domestic flight to Jeju (CJU).
- Transfer: Take the AREX (Airport Railroad) or Limousine Bus from Incheon to Gimpo (approx. 30-40 mins).
- Flight to Jeju: Flights from Gimpo to Jeju depart every 15-20 minutes.
Option 2: Direct International Flights
Some airlines operate direct flights to Jeju International Airport (CJU) from major Asian cities (e.g., Tokyo, Osaka, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Singapore).

Rental Car
Rental car counters are located in the arrival hall. Advance reservation is highly recommended. International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
